1. To start, talk to Elena in a house east of Edmond and Alrena's house (where you started the Plague City quest) map. She will tell you to talk to Jerico.

2. Jerico is in a house just south of Ardougne North Bank (map). Talk to him, and he will tell you to talk to Omart. After you've talked to Jerico, search the Cupboard for some Bird Feed. Then, go behind his house and take a Pigeon Cage.

3. Now, go to the large wall that separates East Ardougne from West Ardougne. Follow it to the south, until you find Omart map. Omart tells you to talk with Jerico about something that can distract the guards, but since Jerico just will send you back since he's too busy feeding his pigeons, there's no need to go to Jerico at all.

4. Go north of Omart until you reach a watchtower. Use the bird feed on it, and open the pigeon cage, which will distract the guards. Then, go back Omart, and go to West Ardougne by using a rope. Then, go north, to the northern wall. You will eventually see a Rotten Apple. Pick it up.

5. Squeeze-through the fence to the east, and use (don't eat!) the rotten apple with the cauldron. Then, try to enter the building. The mourner refuses to let you in, telling that they're all sick from food poisoning.

6. Now, southwest of the monastery in West Ardougne, to the house where Nurse Sarah lives map. Search the cupboard in her house, and you will find a Doctors Gown. Wear it, and go back to the house where the mourner wouldn't let you in. Open the door in the front of it, and the mourners will let you in.

7. Go upstairs, and open the door, and tell the mourner something. He will attack you. Kill him, and do the same to the other mourner. You should now get a key. Use it on the gate, and search all the crates until you find a Distillator.

8. Go out of the house, and return where you entered West Ardougne, in the southeast. Get Kilron to help you over the wall, and head back to Elena.

9. Elena will give you some filled vials, and she asks you to get some touch paper from the Chemist in Rimmington.
DO NOT TELEPORT OR FIGHT to get to the chemist, or the samples will break! However, you can bank the samples, and then teleport to Falador, and widthdraw them there.
Note: If you lose the vials during the next steps, you can get a new set from Elena.

10. The chemist is located west of rimmington. Do not say anything about the plague! Tell him that you need the Touch Paper for Guidor. Then, go oustide, and give the vials to the men outside:
Liquid Honey to Chancy
Sulphuric Broline to Hops
Ethanea to Devinci
(Note that you must give the vials in that order!!)
They will tell you to meet you in the Dancing Donkey Inn in Varrock.

11. Teleport or walk to Varrock, and make sure you have the plague sample with you. If you don't have the Priest Robe Set, buy it now, in the clothes shop in Varrock, and wear it. Then, head to the Dancing Donkey Inn, which is located southeast in Varrock, and get your samples back from the three men.

12. Go to the building where Guidor lives (just southeast of the Inn), and talk to him. He'll tell you that there's no plague.

13. Go back to Elena to tell her the good news, and she will tell you to see the King of Ardougne.

14. Go to the palace in East Ardougne, then go upstairs, and you should see King Lathas. He will reward you.
